Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with most orders arriving within 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its journey. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances but will assist you in resolving any issues.
Return & Exchange Policy
At threadsoul, we maintain a strict no-return or exchange policy for all orders. However, in the rare instance of receiving a wrong size or a defect caused during manufacturing, we will happily replace the product. To request a replacement, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear pictures of the issue.
Please note that customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances, as these are made specifically to your requirements. We aim to ensure quality and satisfaction, but we appreciate your understanding of these policies.
